From 1999 to 2001, Zhao Wei's four albums sold more than 3,700,000 copies in Asia. In November 2004, her album Piao sold more than 300,000 copies only in 10 days in mainland China. Her sixth album, Double, broke Piao's record after its July 2005 release.
